The second talk is scheduled for Tuesday, 26 March 2024, at 14:00 CET and will be presented by Benjamin Winkel from Max Planck Institute for Radio Astronomy and the Committee on Radio Astronomy Frequencies (CRAF). Dr. Winkel will present CRAF's activities and how, since 1988, it has been advocating for our rights to use the spectrum.
