Preferred Hotels
Please note we have an EVN conference taking place at this time so rooms may be hard to find in the first hotel as the majority of these rooms have been booked for the attendees of the EVN meeting:
Transport possibilities from airport – meeting location – hotel - restaurant
• Taxi from the airport to the hotel – around £30/35
• Train from the airport to Piccadilly train station – all hotels are a short walk from the train station or you can catch a taxi from outside.
• Walk from the hotel to the meeting venue – all the above hotels (apart from the Novotel which is slightly further away) are around a 10 minute walk form the meeting location.
• Walk from the hotels (Days Inn, Ibis, MacDonald) to the restaurant would be around 30 minutes so a taxi would be probably be easier (can be requested from within the hotels).
